Tuấn Nguyễn - Executive producer for the English portion of VATV, He uses his background in digital arts, animation, and directing to help VATV continue it's success.
Caroline Low - She is our first Pho Anyone host and also one of our many talented and beautiful reporters
Anna Lee - She is our current host of Pho Anyone and also helps with writing the scripts.
Jessica Mudjitaba -You might recognize her as one of the campers from our show Let's Travel, she also did the voice over for that episode.
Gabrielle Ty - Not Attending: she started out as one of our guests of Pho Anyone and then we lured her in to be our reporter
Truong Ty - Not Attending: He was our first host for Street Talk and was also part of the crew that produced the Domestic Violence video
Taylur Thu Hiền Ngô - she is our reporter from california, you may recognize her from her interviews with the directors from the Vietnamese International FIlm Festival.
Thanh Trần - She is the program director of NAVASA and also extends her hard work and love to her community by volunteering as on of our reporters.
Winnie Thong - She is one of our new energetic reporters, you may recognize her from her reports of badminton tournaments.
Lưu Nguyễn Kiều Thu: Anchor, she has to stay late every tuesday night to make sure the job welldone. Kieu Thu travels almost 100 miles weekly for yje anchoring job.
Thanh Trúc & Her Husbamd Hạ Bá Phúc help out VATV since the 1st day. They are both live in Germantown but always present in Fairfax to cover all the news.
Khánh Loan & Trần Hiền are on vaction in California now. The couple have been cover many important since last year.

Jennifer Bùi, Many ou us recognize Jennifer after July 4th, 2003. She is also famous when covering Dr. Nguyen Dan Que issue in Oct 2004.
Julie Gustin, She has too many jobs she does too many thing for VATV. Without Julie VATV may be in debt and the TV program would go to no where.
Nina Nguyễn: Administrator of VATV. Nina is quiet but her contribution is very helpfull. Nina is our key peson to maintain the spirit of volunteering.
Anh Dao, VATV reporter special covers most of the nes in Maryland. She focus in Education, Community services and citizenship. Anh Dao is also the Board member of MVMA

Summary:
The Program Editor reports directly to the Program Manager and oversees all re-packaging, re-write, edit and production of features, special programs, and additionally shares the duties/responsibilities of producing promos with the Program Coordinator.
Features:
The Program Editor serves as a principal creative writer on VATV productions, as well as on productions from outside sources requiring editing (re-scripting).
The Program Editor will ensure that such new scripts are properly dubbed for airing.
As the service expands, the Program Editor will be expected to help develop programs suitable for VATV audiences, including talk shows and interview, educational and entertainment shows and features.
Production:
The Program Editor develops and supervises the production of program promos, program notes, and is also involved in on-air creative efforts to promote VATV. In this capacity, the Program Editor supervises creative editors. Duties also include supervision of any re-packaging of programs acquired from outside sources.
Qualification & Requirements:
Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in Word 2000, Adobe Premiere, Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of TV editing and production; scriptwriting and story board development.
U.S. Citizenship or valid working visa.
Language Skills: Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Vietnamese.
Strong written skills in Vietnamese.

Account Executive, Television Underwriting
VATV seeks Account Executive, TV Underwriting responsible Responsible for identifying corporate underwriting opportunities in television and for developing and maintaining corporate underwriter accounts for the VATV. A minimum of 3-5 years experience and a proven track record in sales or in a similar not-for-profit environment, strong written and oral presentation skills required.
VATV Program Manager
VATV is a 501 (c) (3) Non-profit Community Media Outreach Organization, which provides full coverage news on community activities. VACN also highlights the accomplishments and contributions of Vietnamese Americans in the U.S. Its main goals are (1) to focus on how to carry on messages to the younger generations, (2) to provide the right directions to instill integrity, and (3) to maintain high values of the Vietnamese culture in the new way of life.
Salary range: $32K - $36K depending on qualifications, years of experience, and past achievements; plus benefits.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Meet with syndicators, advise on program acquisition. Work closely with news, creative services, and sales to manage some of our most important community projects
• Exhibit broad technical knowledge related to broadcasting and public broadcasting
• Organize, lead and direct more than two major fundraising campaigns
• Develop long-term budget strategy for the organization
• Develop funding to sustain and expand services and programs
• Identify, understand and resolve institutional and organizational barriers to change
• Weekly report to the Executive Director of VACN, and coordinate with the Program Director of PALMA.
• Prepare monthly activities and outcomes reports for VACN
• Prepare BPSOS quarterly reports and Underwriting program reports
• Understand future trends and their impact on the organization's operations
• Identify organizational changes required to keep the organization financially viable and relevant in the community.
• Develop and improve the key skills of staff members by working directly with them, modeling the right behaviors, and assisting staff members in their professional development.

• Inspire and build up team spirit and commitment in organization
• All products will be delivered on time and on budget.
• All proposed program outcomes will be met or exceeded.
• VATV’s activities will achieve high visibility in the public and among service agencies
• Will improve the standards of excellence in service delivery and operational
• Develop strong working relationships both within the university and with those who might participate in supporting VACN's mission.
• Demonstrate a successful track record of leading organizations to financial self-sufficiency
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in management, business administration, finance or equivalent experience. At least 2 years of experience in public broadcasting. Must have strong communication skills and ability to handle multitasks and work under deadlines. Fluency in English is required. Must be both a self-starter and a team player. Must be able to commit some Friday evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays to conduct training workshops, meet with community members, and present information on radio and television programs. Have an ability to forge strong working relationships with others and a capacity for engaging confidence and trust among employees, prospects and donors.
