Mission Statement:
The mission of Vietnamese American Television (VATV) is to use effective media outreach to enrich the lives of the Vietnamese community through quality programs and educational services.

2) Highlight Accomplishments of the Vietnamese American Community
Vietnamese American Television will strive to make viewers more aware of the accomplishments of outstanding individuals and groups within the Vietnamese American community. We want to highlight these accomplishments because they directly contribute to the success and strength of the community.

3) Promote Diversity
Vietnamese American Television will strive to make viewers more aware of the great diversity within different cultures and within the Vietnamese American community. Through various profiles of social and religious associations, ethnic foods, and different customs, we hope to help communities understand one another better.

4) Educate Youth
Vietnamese American Television will encourage the younger generation in to be more active in their community and to take a positive step towards having self confidence and a better education. We will be providing news about after school activities, boys & girl scouts, youth in media, and education attainment. |
1) Promote Consumer Awareness
Vietnamese American Television will strive to make viewers more aware of health, legal, and social issues that affect the community. Issues will range from cancer treatment to working with the Better Business Bureau to the steps in purchasing a home.
